TASTY, BEAUTIFUL, TEXTURED: IT HAS TO BE MACAROONS! In a friendly apartment complete with a private balcony, a professional chef shares his recipes and skills with his guests. Learn the tricks of the trade so that you can recreate the recipes when you're back at home.  During this macaroon workshop, you will the secrets behind this fashionable little cake, a speciality of several French towns and regions which is at once crispy, chewy and soft. In the course of the baking class you will make two flavours of macaroons, to be selected by the group at the start of the lesson. 

• All equipment and utensils provided in the kitchen of a private apartment
